EU:s gröna given-utlysning har öppnat (Green Deal Call). Utlysningen, som är en del av Horisont 2020 och omfattar en total budget på cirka 1 miljard euro, är ett av instrumenten under den europeiska gröna given för att mobilisera forskning och innovation i syfte att uppnå gröna givens målsättningar, främst att göra Europa till den första klimatneutrala världsdelen senast 2050. Finansierade projekt kopplade till utlysningen förväntas vara tvärvetenskapliga och leverera påtagliga resultat relativt snabbt men med ett perspektiv på långsiktig förändring. Utlysningen stänger den 26 januari 2021.
